The Advisory Board of The Genron NPO will host a reception to celebrate the 14th anniversary of The Genron NPO. Since its establishment, The Genron NPO has endeavored to improve the quality of public debates and strengthen the foundation for democracy. The think tank is as willing as ever to promote responsible public debates for the future of the nation, the region and the world. We would like to invite everyone interested in our mission, values and efforts for building a better future of the nation to join our anniversary celebration.

We lost one of the most passionate supporters of The Genron NPO in 2015, Mr. Yotaro Kobayashi, the former chairman of Fuji Xerox and The Genron NPO advisory board member (to read eulogy for Mr. Kobayashi by Yasushi Kudo, the president of The Genron NPO, click here). In appreciation for his invaluable contributions, we will reflect upon his messages and reaffirm the role of responsible debate for decision making. Upon 14th anniversary, we will renew our commitment to quality policy debates to strengthen democracy and envision better future.
